Founder & President
JoAnne Ramsay is the Founder and President of Speak the Word Ministry.
Pastor Jo accepted Jesus as Lord of her life in June 1993 in Hampton, VA. Having accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior, she knew immediately that her life would never be the same again. A year later in 1994, God called her into the ministry.
Speak the Word Ministry is a ministry that is anointed and given by the Holy Spirit with the purpose to:
- Teach, train and equip God’s Soldiers to become Warriors of the Most High God.
- Teach Christians to be proficient in wielding the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
- Train God’s Soldiers to exercise their authority and recognize who they are in Christ Jesus.

Speak the Word Ministry
Pastor Jo Anne Ramsay’s calling is to teach the Word of God, and to train up God’s children to be soldiers of Jesus Christ.
